NetTols sales
2009-01-24 17:56
NetTools has now sold over 500 copies in a little under 2 months. It is not something to make anybody rich, or make a living. It has not even made enough money to pay for the iPhone and the Apple developer fee.
I am interested to see when I will get the money from some of the exotic markets. Only the US shop has sold for more than $250, which is the Apple minimum to pay out. And they write that each store in handled individually. The US$ 22 I have in Japan might take years to grow to $250 so I can get them out. Read More...

iBuzz submitted
2009-01-24 17:53
I have now submitted iBuzz Mosquito to the App store. The app that will make you the most annoying kid on the block. Price will be $0.99 when it arrives.
It is part of the CrabApp series. Cheap software with appeal for the masses.
I will publish sales figures for this app, so as to let anybody interested see how an application like this will sell.

Version 1.2.1 submitted
2008-12-15 23:12
Now I have submitted version 1.2.1 to the App Store.
This version adds one-click DNS support, looking up the standard records: SOA, NS, A, CNAME, TXT, MX, SRV and PTR records. I hope this will be released to the public within the usual 4 workdays.

Update rejected
2008-12-14 10:35
Apple rejected the update during the week. The reason for this is the misleading marketing information that accompanies the product. The big application logo mentions whois and DNS, which is not yet implemented. I will implement the DNS part, and remove whois from the logo for the time being, and then resubmit.
